Who runs this website, how it is hosted and how you may reuse it

Publisher and rights holder

This website is published by INDFORGE Studio (GitHub profile). It is a personal, non-commercial project run by a private individual who is not acting in a professional capacity and who wishes to remain anonymous. As French law allows in this situation, the details of the host are given below. The publisher's identity will be disclosed to the competent authorities on any legitimate legal request.

Licence

Unless stated otherwise, all original content of this website (texts, maps, images and layouts) is © 2026 INDFORGE Studio (FISTILAND) and licensed under Creative Commons BY-NC-SA 4.0. You may share and adapt it if you:

  • give credit, with a link to this website and to the licence;
  • indicate any changes you made;
  • do not use it commercially;
  • release your adaptations under the same licence;
  • do not suggest that FISTILAND endorses you or your use.

What the licence does not cover

  • SCUM. The game, its names, logos and in-game assets belong to Gamepires and its partners and are not covered by this licence. FISTILAND is an independent fan project, not affiliated with or endorsed by them. See the SCUM terms.
  • scum.wiki.gg. Some information on our maps comes from scum.wiki.gg under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0, adapted for our map. It stays credited to that wiki.
  • Third-party tools and marks. This site is built with Material for MkDocs (MIT licence) and hosted on GitHub. The GitHub name and logo are trademarks of GitHub, Inc., shown only to indicate hosting, with no endorsement implied.
  • Fonts. Inter, Oswald, Roboto Mono, Metal Mania and Creepster are under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, Special Elite under the Apache License 2.0. They are hosted on this site; see the licence texts.

Personal data

The site is non-commercial: no advertising, no sales, no cookies and no analytics. Your language, skin, rank and similar preferences are stored in your own browser only and are never sent to us. Fonts are served from this site itself, so your browser sends no request to Google or any other third party to display it. The host may keep technical logs such as your IP address, as described in the GitHub privacy statement. Links to other sites (Discord, scum.wiki.gg and so on) lead to services with their own policies.

To work without a connection, the site keeps a copy of the pages you open in your browser's offline storage (a service worker). Nothing is sent anywhere, and clearing the site data in your browser removes it.
